Eid ul Fitr 2026 Announcement
We are pleased to announce that Eid ul Fitr 2026 prayers will be held at Markfield Mosque. Eid is expected to be celebrated on Friday 20th March 2026 In Sha Allah. Any change in the date will be shared on community groups and website.
EID PRAYERS
Prayers will be conducted indoors at Markfield Mosque. We have arranged the following three prayer (Jama’at) times:
• 8:30 AM
• 9:45 AM
• 10:30 AM
Please register your preferred prayer slot using the link below. This will help us manage the event smoothly and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.
EVENT DETAILS
- Picnic/Food: Bring your own picnic(s) or food to enjoy and share after the prayer.
- Arrival Time: Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled prayer time to allow ample time for dropping off your family and parking safely.
- Stalls and Kids Activities: Please bring some cash for face painting, Henna and food/snacks stalls.
- Support the Event: Kindly consider contributing an optional donation of £5 per family to support the activities of TIF. Your generous contributions will help cover arrangements such as parking, the venue, and activities for the children.
- Event Volunteers: If you would like to volunteer in organising the event, please complete our Volunteer Form
